Digital Product Access

Because our products are digital and grant instant access to proprietary educational material, all sales are final upon purchase. We do not offer refunds once you have accessed the platform or activated a subscription.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel active subscriptions prior to billing. We do not refund charges for completed renewal periods.

Disputes and Support

If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied, please contact our support team at contact@quantumcours.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of our terms. In the event of a chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to provide evidence of your access and usage to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate accidental billing) at the sole discretion of QuantumCours management.
